Well Meadow is a £42m project in Sheffield City Centre's former industrial east side that aims to provide high quality housing for young people who have finished their studies at the city's universities.
Funded by Grainer plc, the scheme by Grahams Construction will provide 284 studio, one, and two bedroom apartments across two residential buildings designed for the build to rent market in the Well Meadow Conservation Area in Sheffield City Centre. The scheme will provide high quality apartments that will complement the wider regeneration of this emerging location.
Once completed, the project will have round-the-clock concierge, a gym, a resident's lounge and regular free events.
