Hampsey Secure Bristol Regeneration Scheme
Hampsey Ltd is excited to announce that we have secured a £10m groundworks and concrete frame package from Dandara on a residential regeneration scheme at Stafford Street in Bedminster, Bristol.
The site - known as Plot 4 to us - is part of the wider Bedminster Green development framework and will help address the chronic shortage of housing that Bristol and the U.K. faces by providing 316 high quality apartments (including 21 affordable homes) across 3-16 storeys.
The project will also contain 71 underground car parking spaces of which 15 will be for electric vehicles which reflects the U.K's march towards Net Zero. Also in keeping with Net Zero commitments, there will be 419 bicycle storage spaces available to residents with a further 32 for visitors.
The wider Bedminster Green development will bring public realm, highway and transport improvements to the area that will compliment that fantastic living and leisure space that will be created.
Bedminster Green represents Hampsey Ltd's first project in the Bristol area since 2013 and we are excited to bring our knowledge and expertise to the project and look forward to developing a strong working relationship with Dandara whilst bringing the benefits of construction and development to the city and wider area.
